IS hands between suspected theft Square

The rebels call themselves the Islamic State (IS) handcuffing two people suspected of stealing their hands before the crowd in the square.

Two men were rebels blindfolded, their hands tied down wooden table in the presence of hundreds of people around. Some rebels took up arms stood guard nearby, according to the Mirror.

The photos were posted on a Twitter account without stating IS venue this barbaric act. They said it was punishment for people accused of theft.
